What's the difference between flower, gummies, edibles and concentrates?Updated 3 months ago

Cannabis products come in different forms, each offering unique experiences in terms of potency, onset time, and method of consumption.

  • Flower – The natural, dried buds of the cannabis plant, typically smoked or vaped. It provides fast-acting effects and offers a full-spectrum cannabinoid experience with terpenes and flavonoids.
  • Concentrates – Highly potent extracts made by isolating cannabinoids and terpenes. These include diamonds, shatter, wax, live resin, rosin, and distillate. Concentrates are often used for dabbing, vaping, or infusing into other products and deliver stronger, faster effects compared to flower.
  • Edibles – Cannabis-infused food or beverages (like gummies or baked goods). They take longer to kick in (30 minutes to 2 hours) but provide longer-lasting effects because they are processed through the digestive system.
